Summer Camp

Summer Camp

During our summer camp, students in Kindergarten through 8th grade learn how to swim, create arts and crafts projects, perform community service activities, participate in Bible studies and take part in athletics. Only children who reside in Beaver Falls, New Brighton, Rochester, and Midland are eligible to attend the camp. The uniqueness and Christ-centered philosophy of Tiger Pause really shine during Summer Camp. Ethnic and economic barriers are broken, and local Christians come together despite denominational and theological differences.

Summer Camp 2023

This year, Tiger Pause Summer Camp is changing to accommodate the growing numbers of students who want to participate in our program. We will be offering two, 3-week long sessions for children in K-8th grade. Session 1 will run from June 12 – June 30, and session 2 will run from July 10 – July 28. Both camp sessions will operate Monday – Friday from 9:30AM – 4PM. Summer camp will include Bible lessons, high energy games, crafts, educational lessons in math and reading, lunch, and field trips. Registration will be held on May 2nd 2023 at 716 10th Street, Beaver Falls, PA at 6:00PM. REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BEFORE MAY 2ND 2023. Summer Camp registration is based on a first come first serve basis. The cost of one session is $70 per child. Upon registration, a $35 downpayment is required per child to secure a spot.  When signing up, you may select your preferred camp session until it is full. If you would like to sign your child up for both sessions, you will select the preferred one first and then be placed on a waitlist for the other.

Training Tigers Program is an additional week of camp consisting of extra math and reading classes in the mornings and group activities in the afternoon. Training Tigers runs from July 31-August 4 and is by invite only based on educational benchmark testing.

Tiger Pause offers a Parent Rebate Program. Each day an adult attends is $20 off their child’s summer camp payment. One adult can represent one child. Each Saturday includes work for Tiger Pause, such as painting the church, landscaping the Splash Pad, cleaning vehicles, etc. as well as an education class on topics such as family enrichment, health and wellness, finance management, and more.
